In these Terms, “KnowDish”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OUTBOX LABS LTD.

By accessing or using KnowDish, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What KnowDish does

KnowDish is an independent comparison service designed to help people discover and compare prepared meals, meal kits and meal subscription providers.

We collect, organise, standardise and present information about third-party providers and their products. This may include:

• prices and subscription information;
• nutritional information;
• ingredients and allergen information;
• meal and product characteristics;
• delivery and ordering information;
• provider-level information; and
• comparisons and calculations derived from published data.

Unless we explicitly say otherwise, KnowDish is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the providers displayed on the site.

3. Where our information comes from

We primarily rely on information published or supplied by meal providers, including information on their websites, menus, product pages, nutritional information, pricing pages and subscription materials.

We aim to record and present that information accurately, but providers may change their products and services at any time and without notifying KnowDish.

4. Information can change

Meal providers may change information including:

• recipes;
• ingredients;
• allergens;
• nutritional values;
• portion sizes;
• prices and promotions;
• minimum order requirements;
• subscription terms;
• delivery areas; and
• meal availability.

As a result, information on KnowDish may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date despite our efforts to keep it current.

Where information is important to your decision, you should confirm it directly with the relevant provider before purchasing or consuming a product.

5. Provider facts, KnowDish calculations and classifications

Information on KnowDish may fall into different categories:

6. Allergies and dietary requirements

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease or another medically significant dietary requirement, always check the provider's latest information directly and contact the provider if necessary before ordering or consuming a product.

KnowDish does not guarantee that a meal is suitable for any particular allergy, intolerance or medical dietary requirement.

7. Nutrition and health information

KnowDish provides general information and comparison tools. It does not provide medical, nutritional or dietetic advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Comparisons involving calories, protein, fibre, carbohydrates, fat, salt or other nutritional values are intended to help you understand differences between products. They do not determine whether a meal, provider or diet is suitable for you.

If you require personalised advice relating to your health or diet, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

8. Prices, promotions and subscriptions

Prices displayed on KnowDish are intended to support comparison but may not be the final amount you pay.

Providers may apply introductory discounts, promotional offers, delivery charges, different prices according to order size, minimum order quantities, subscription requirements or other conditions.

The provider's own website and checkout information take precedence over pricing or subscription information displayed on KnowDish.

9. Rankings and comparisons

KnowDish may display rankings, labels, recommendations, comparative views or other tools designed to help users make decisions.

These reflect the factors and methodology used by KnowDish and should not be interpreted as a definitive assessment of a provider's overall quality, safety or suitability for every person.

Different users may reasonably reach different conclusions depending on their priorities.

10. Commercial relationships

KnowDish may earn revenue through affiliate links, referral commissions, sponsorship, advertising or other commercial arrangements.

Where a commercial relationship materially affects how content is presented, we will identify it clearly.

We will not knowingly present paid placement as an independent organic ranking.

11. Third-party brands and intellectual property

Provider names, product names, logos, trade marks and other third-party brand assets belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on KnowDish is for identification, informational and comparison purposes and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

The KnowDish service, including our branding, original written content, software, interface, database structure and original comparison features, belongs to OUTBOX LABS LTD or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

12. Provider corrections

We want providers to be represented fairly and accurately.

If you represent a provider and believe information about your business or products is incorrect, misleading or materially out of date, contact us at hello@knowdish.com.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the issue and, where possible, a source supporting the correction.

We will consider reasonable correction requests in good faith but may independently verify information before making a change.

13. Third-party websites and purchases

KnowDish may link to provider websites and other third-party services.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, products or services.

Any purchase or subscription you enter into with a provider is between you and that provider and is governed by the provider's own terms.

14. Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of KnowDish;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• introduce malicious software or code;
• use KnowDish for unlawful activity;
• infringe the rights of another person; or
• use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service.

You may not systematically extract, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the KnowDish database except where applicable law permits.

15. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of KnowDish. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, nothing excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely because:

• a provider changed information without notifying us;
• information supplied or published by a third party was inaccurate;
• KnowDish was temporarily unavailable; or
• a user relied on information that we expressly recommended verifying directly with the provider.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as KnowDish develops or where legal, regulatory or operational requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you.
